A small independent toolkit for making home cocktails in millilitres and planning a manageable drinks menu.

Recipe notes

The catalogue combines recipes contributed to Bar Assistant and clearly labelled Pour & Plan house versions. Each contributed recipe retains its source reference and its stated quantities. Source ounces are converted using US fluid ounces (29.5735 ml each); dashes, leaves, grams and unmeasured top-ups retain their own units. We have checked data consistency and matching logic, but have not taste-tested every recipe. Bottle strengths shown in the calculators are examples: read your own labels. Ice, equipment and garnish are additional.

Catalogue licence

The contributed recipe dataset is from Bar Assistant Public Data, imported from commit 5a504d474614494119882eb91a8ffdc5491a483f. It is distributed under its MIT licence, copyright 2026 Bar Assistant. Recipe sources are linked in the cards. Third-party photographs and long cocktail histories are not included.

Matching & substitutions

Specific spirit styles can satisfy broader parent ingredients, while a broad selection does not promise a specific style. Source-listed substitutes are only used when you enable them, and every suggested swap is shown. A substitution may change taste and strength. Optional ingredients are displayed separately. Selecting a flavoured spirit does not imply you own a similarly flavoured liqueur.

House recipes and learning

The expanded reference adds 36 house adaptations with original beginner instructions, 24 practical lessons and 37 detailed core ingredient profiles. House recipes and ratios are flexible starting points, not official specifications or claims of independent taste testing. Every catalogue recipe has its own page; other ingredient pages connect exact ingredient names to their recipe uses. The PDF products retain their original scope.

Your privacy

Your ingredient selections are stored in this browser using local storage. They are not sent to us. Clear them in Home Bar or through your browser settings. This release has no analytics, email signup or payment processing. The hosting provider may process technical access logs under its own terms.
