| Grapefruit juice | 60 ml | Juice: acidity, fruit and volume vary by ingredient. |
| Club soda (optional) | 1 topup | Length, aroma or texture; add sparkling ingredients at serving. |
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake
- Double strain into large, chilled glass filled with ice.
- Optionally top with soda.
Glass: Highball
Garnish: grapefruit peel or orange peel for garnish
