| Lemon juice | 30 ml | Juice: acidity, fruit and volume vary by ingredient. |
| Agave Syrup | 15 ml | Sweetener or flavoured sweetener; concentration matters. |
| Club soda | 60 ml | Length, aroma or texture; add sparkling ingredients at serving. |
Method
- Add all of the ingredients, except the soda water, to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and then strain into an ice-filled glass.
- Top with the soda.
