Listed recipe quantities, before ice dilution. Ice, equipment and garnish are additional.

| Prosecco | 90 ml | Wine-based flavour and length; sweetness depends on the product. |
| Aperol | 30 ml | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
| Rose syrup | 7.5 ml | Sweetener or flavoured sweetener; concentration matters. |
| Lemon juice | 15 ml | Juice: acidity, fruit and volume vary by ingredient. |
Method
- Add first four ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and short shake.
- Double strain into a wine glass over cracked clear ice and top with prosecco.
- Garnish with red currants if you have them, lemon wedge if you don’t
