Listed recipe quantities, before ice dilution. Ice, equipment and garnish are additional.

| Prosecco | 1 dash | Wine-based flavour and length; sweetness depends on the product. |
| Pineapple juice | 60 ml | Juice: acidity, fruit and volume vary by ingredient. |
Method
- Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker except the Prosecco
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into chilled highball glass filled with ice
- Top up with Prosecco
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Pineapple and Cherry, optional mint sprig for additional aroma.
