| Apricot Brandy | 22.5 ml | Base spirit: flavour and alcoholic structure. |
| Orange bitters | 2 dash | Concentrated seasoning; keep its stated unit. |
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice, and stir to chill.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an expressed orange peel.
