Ingredients
Listed recipe quantities, before ice dilution. Ice, equipment and garnish are additional.

| Lime juice | 22.5 ml | Juice: acidity, fruit and volume vary by ingredient. |
| Demerara Syrup | 15 ml | Sweetener or flavoured sweetener; concentration matters. |
| Campari | 7.5 ml | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except Campari, in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Slowly pour Campari against the inside edge of the glass.
- Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper.
