| Absinthe | 15 ml | Base spirit: flavour and alcoholic structure. |
| Orgeat Syrup | 15 ml | Sweetener or flavoured sweetener; concentration matters. |
| Club soda | 90–120 ml | Length, aroma or texture; add sparkling ingredients at serving. |
Method
- Add the first 3 ingredients to a chilled glass with ice. Stir to combine. Add more ice to fill, and top with chilled soda water. Garnish.
