| Passionfruit syrup | 15 ml | Sweetener or flavoured sweetener; concentration matters. |
| Club soda | 90 ml | Length, aroma or texture; add sparkling ingredients at serving. |
Method
- Add all ingredients, except soda water, to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice
- Top with club soda
