Ingredients
Listed recipe quantities, before ice dilution. Ice, equipment and garnish are additional.

| Lemon juice | 25 ml | Juice: acidity, fruit and volume vary by ingredient. |
| Simple Syrup | 5 ml | Sweetener or flavoured sweetener; concentration matters. |
Method
- Add the measured ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Close firmly and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into the serving glass, keeping the used ice in the shaker. Serve over fresh ice.
