Method
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake to emulsify the egg whites.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel, skewered cherry, and a small sprig of mint.
