Ingredients

| Simple Syrup | 7.5 ml | Sweetener or flavoured sweetener; concentration matters. |
| Club soda | 1 topup | Length, aroma or texture; add sparkling ingredients at serving. |
Method
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients
- Shake briefly with ice to combine
- Strain over ice into a wine glass
- Top with soda water

Garnish: Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
