| Dry Vermouth | 30 ml | Wine-based flavour and length; sweetness depends on the product. |
| Orange bitters (optional) | 2 dash | Concentrated seasoning; keep its stated unit. |
Method
- Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Stir well.
- Strain into chilled martini cocktail glass.
Glass: Cocktail
Garnish: Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink, or garnish with green olives if requested.
