| Maraschino | 1 teaspoon | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
| Absinthe | 2 teaspoon | Base spirit: flavour and alcoholic structure. |
| Orange bitters | 3 dash | Concentrated seasoning; keep its stated unit. |
Method
- Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into chilled martini cocktail glass.
